FAQ's
What does window tint actually do?
Tinting helps reduce heat, glare, and UV damage inside your car. It also adds a sleek, clean look and gives you a bit more privacy.
Is window tint legal?
Yes—but there are rules.
-
Front windscreen must let at least 75% of light through.
-
Front side windows must let at least 70% of light through.
Rear windows and rear windscreen? You can go as dark as you like.
How long does tint last?
For the life of the car. STEK LUNARAY carries a lifetime warranty against fading, bubbling and peeling.
Can I still see out of the tinted windows clearly?
Absolutely. From inside the car, your view stays nice and clear—just with less glare. It’s much easier on your eyes.
How long does it take to tint a car?
We keep your car for the day. No rushing: the glass gets properly prepped and every edge is finished right. Leave the windows up for 3–5 days afterwards while the film cures.
Does it protect the car interior too?
Yep! Tint blocks harmful UV rays that can cause your seats and dashboard to fade or crack. It helps keep your interior looking newer for longer.
